A flying insect and an active nest are different findings
Wasps and bees can be seen around flowers and other outdoor resources without establishing a nest in the building. Repeated traffic at one opening or a visible paper structure is a different observation. Identification helps distinguish the insect and the kind of nest, if one is present. A property-wide response should not be chosen solely because something large is flying nearby.
The occupied route puts the concern in context
Activity beside a regular doorway, shed entrance, or seating area intersects with household use. That location matters when assessing the practical risk of a nest. Keep people and pets away from active traffic while arranging help. Do not move the object supporting a nest or disturb a concealed opening to see how the insects react.
Nest form and location shape the work
An open comb under an overhang and a concealed cavity call for different assessment. Any later repair of a building opening is another part of the sequence, with instructions for the return to use. Report continuing insect traffic separately from a structure that remains visible. Call Anderson Pest Control about what is actually active and how it affects the way the entrance or outdoor space is used.
